"Compass VII" Imperial Blonde Stout is a classic, but completely unclassic ale (light). A collaboration between Švyturios brewers and "Huracán Coffee" coffee masters. Matured not only with experimental coffee beans from Ethiopia, but also with cocoa beans and licorice root. Full of rich and intense notes of coffee, cocoa, chocolate, dried fruits and nuts. And to control and harmonize this huge orchestra of flavors and aromas, it took even 24 months of aging in oak barrels of exclusive "Woodford Reserve" bourbon, which came from Kentucky, USA.
