The ninth delicious voyage is ready to dock in your glass. This time round, our rich imperial stout-style ale was matured for 24 months in two types of oak barrels – a bourbon one from a famous US distillery and an even more celebrated Spanish Oloroso sherry cask. Milk chocolate, vanilla, cappuccino, coconut, and pastry flavours as well as soft wine tannins, whiskey, cognac, and sherry aromas – all of this landed in the "Compass IX". And the results surprised even us.
