There are things, that require an incredible effort, coincidence, time, patience and, finally, a little bit of luck. This is what happened with this beer. It has been matured in barrels for 6 months, absorbing the aromas, flavours and the aftertaste of American bourbon and Scottish smoked whiskey. Because we didn’t just want to create a drink, but to carry on with the history.
